The Kit Bag, used by pilots to carry all necessary personal equipment when boarding a fighter jet, is made from thick canvas for strength. It’s large capacity to hold helmets and other gear increases its weight, necessitating the use of durable materials. The Bag’s interior features comprehensive piping for dded strength. Although shoulder straps are not standard, a detachable strap is included for ease of use. The presence of the Air Force mark, transferred onto the bag similarly to flight jackets until 1962, underscores its vintage value. The graphic is copied from a vintage bag and hand painted. This is a very special and unique Bag.
